NETTLESHIP Sawyer
has strengthened its office business team in response to an
increase in the number of instructions for acquisitions and
disposals.
Carey Drysdale has joined the Bournemouth-based chartered
surveyors and commercial property agents as Associate Director
with specific responsibility for office agency.
She will work closely with Chris Nettleship, Director, and
Andrew Wilson, Business Space Agency Surveyor, in the newly
strengthened department.
A fully qualified chartered surveyor, Carey is a Fellow of
the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) with
19 years’ commercial property expertise with major companies
including Abbey Life Assurance (1988-2002) and Fitness First
(2003-2006).
Chris Nettleship said the firm handled transactions totalling
140,000 sq ft of office space in 2006, a level that has continued
this year.
He added: “Carey will help
Nettleship Sawyer meet the anticipated growth in this sector
as the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch conurbation grows
and develops further as a strong relocation area.”
