NETTLESHIP Sawyer
has expanded its team with the appointment of Karl Charalambous
as Management and Valuation Surveyor.
Karl has joined the Bournemouth-based chartered surveyors
and commercial property consultants from Hampshire Constabulary
where he was Senior Estate Surveyor.
Aged 26, Karl attended Homefield School in Dorset and Hampshire’s
Brockenhurst College before graduating with a BSc (Hons) degree
in Building Surveying from the University of Plymouth.
He has also worked as a Graduate Building Surveyor with Birchmere
Ltd, the Poole-based investment and development company, and
on secondment with chartered surveyors Graham Thorne and Partners,
also based in Poole, Dorset.
His interests outside work include rock climbing and judo.
Brian Manson, Property Manager, said Nettleship Sawyer was
pleased to welcome Karl to its growing team. “Karl
will be helping to manage our expanding portfolio as well
as dealing with rent reviews, valuations and dilapidations.
We’re delighted to have him on board,”
