has agreed a simultaneous lease surrender and grant of a new
lease for a 7,992 sq ft unit on a Dorset industrial estate.
The end of terrace property, at 26/28 Cobham Road on the
Ferndown Industrial Estate, comprises a main factory with
an adjoining single storey section incorporating offices and
toilets. The new tenant is Howden Joinery.
