NETTLESHIP Sawyer
has successfully let two floors at Dean Park House in Bournemouth
totalling more than 5,300 sq ft.
The seven-storey office building overlooks Horseshoe Common
and is next to the town’s main Wessex Way.
Noodle Telecom has taken the third floor and plans to use
it as a call centre while the Passport Office is leasing the
fourth floor.
Each floor covers 2,685 sq ft and includes eight car parking
spaces. They comprise a mix of partitioned offices and open
plan accommodation.
One floor now remains, also with eight car spaces, in the
landmark building which is Disability Discrimination Act (DDA)
compliant.
Nettleship Sawyer achieved rents of £12.50 per sq ft.
