TWO further
office lettings in central Bournemouth totalling more than
7,000 sq ft have been announced by Nettleship Sawyer.
Ceuta Healthcare has taken the second floor of Heliting
House on Richmond Hill, Bournemouth on a five year commitment.
The outsourcing sales and marketing company for the healthcare
and beauty industry is paying £13 per sq ft for the
3,530 sq ft of office space.
Meanwhile digital agency Redweb has leased a further 3,537
sq ft at Telecom House in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth.
The web design specialist is paying £13 per sq ft
for part of the third floor on a ten year lease. Eight car
parking spaces are included.
Nettleship Sawyer acted jointly with GVA Grimley in the
transaction.
