Nettleship Sawyer has sold two new ground floor office suites in Bournemouth for a total of £370,000.

Suite 1, at 3 Lorne Park Road, known as the East Wing, was sold to marketing agency Digital Storm for £140,000 while Suite 2 (‘Central House’) was acquired by financial consultants MAB for £230,000.

Suite 2 comprises
•	1,053 sq ft (97.9 m)

Remaining availability
•	Suite 3 is on the market at £140,000. 629 sq ft (58.5 sq m)

The Lorne Park Road building was previously occupied by accountants Princecroft Redman before the firm merged with Willis Parsons in 2005 to form Princecroft Willis (PcW).
