A local unnamed entrepreneur has bought the freehold of a terraced property in Wimborne Road, Winton, Bournemouth, for close to the £350,000 asking price.

Nettleship Sawyer acted on behalf of Straits Bistro in the sale, the property included fixtures, fittings and equipment. The restaurant is now available to let. The living accommodation is currently arranged as a three to five bed maisonette.
