A local unnamed entrepreneur has bought the freehold of a
terraced property in Wimborne Road, Winton, Bournemouth, for
close to the £350,000 asking price.
Nettleship Sawyer acted on behalf of Straits Bistro in the
sale, the property included fixtures, fittings and equipment.
The restaurant is now available to let. The living accommodation
is currently arranged as a three to five bed maisonette.

Café Fleur, in Haven Road, Canford Cliffs, Poole,
was sold by Nettleship Sawyer for close to the £200,000
leasehold price. The fully licensed lounge bar and brasserie/restaurant
has recently been completely refurbished with first and second
floor accommodation included.
The premises are held on the remainder of a 20 year lease
from 1998 at a current rent of £35,000 per annum, subject
to five year rent reviews on full repairing and insuring terms.

were included in the sale.
