Nettleship Sawyer
has sold two major office buildings in Poole, Dorset, for
more than £3.4 million.
Sentinel House, in Nuffield Road, was sold to Clark Estates
while an adjacent site, 2 Nuffield Road, has been purchased
by software technology company Codestone. Nettleship Sawyer
acted for Handston Properties in both transactions.
Sentinel House is a two-storey building covering 27,000 sq
ft. The 2.7 acre site includes a large car park with the building
leased to access control specialists TDSi until March 2012.
The buyer, Clark Estates, was advised by Atisreal.
The adjacent building, at 2 Nuffield Road, covers approximately
10,000 sq ft and was previously occupied by Wessex Water.
