FOUR deals by Nettleship
Sawyer confirm the “continued buoyancy” of the office
market in Dorset, according to the firm.
They include the successful letting of office space totalling
7,602 sq ft and the sale of a 1,125 sq ft self-contained office
suite.
Chris Nettleship, Joint Managing Director of the Bournemouth-based
chartered surveyors and commercial property consultants, said:
“We are experiencing high demand for good quality office
space. “These transactions
clearly show the continued buoyancy in this sector of the market.”
The deals include:

Hill in central Bournemouth, to finance group Iimia on
a ten year lease for £44,356 pax. The lease has
a five year break and rent review. |

Somerford Road, Christchurch, totalling 2,390 sq ft, to
Mears Ltd on a five-year lease for £26,290 pax.
The lease has a three year break. |

Park Crescent, Bournemouth, totalling 1,800 sq ft, to
Mascolo Support Systems on a six-year lease for £19,800
pax. The lease has a three-year break and rent review. |

totalling 1,125 sq ft, at 40-44 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth,
for £235,000 to a local businessman. |
