A DORSET industrial
unit and a separate office suite have been successfully sold
by Nettleship Sawyer for more than £370,000.
Unit 22, Ventura Place on the Upton Industrial Estate was
acquired by Handston Investments Ltd for close to the £170,000
quoted price.
The semi-detached unit covers 1,740 sq ft and includes a
reception/office as well as forecourt loading and allocated
car parking. It was sold on behalf of a Dorset-based pension
fund.
In a separate transaction, Nettleship Sawyer arranged the
sale of a new 999 year ground lease on a 1,440 sq ft office
suite at 55, Cobham Road, Ferndown Industrial Estate, for
a sum in excess of £200,000.
The ground floor suite includes a private kitchen and two
WC’s as well as four allocated car parking spaces together
with visitor parking.
It has been acquired by an expanding financial services company,
BSOIFA Ltd, which has moved from offices in Wimborne town
centre.
