Three units
on a Dorset industrial estate have been let by Nettleship
Sawyer on a new ten year lease at a rent equivalent to £6.75
per sq ft.
Units 29, 30 and 31 in Liberty Close on the Woolsbridge Industrial
Estate, Three Legged Cross, cover a gross internal area of
9,971 sq ft. They were available individually or as a whole.
The new tenant is Eberspacher (UK) Ltd which specialises
in the design, manufacture and distribution of independent
heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Nettleship Sawyer and Goadsby acted as joint agents for the
landlords, KWF Property, while Newton Scott of Southampton
represented Eberspacher (UK).
