He has an innate understanding of the value, appeal and marketing strength of every property. Steve is respected in the business community as a superbly tenacious deal maker with an effervescent personality.
One of the 3 directors of Nettleship Sawyer, Steve Tomkins has a forensic knowledge of business space and industrial property, successfully matching applicants with properties time and time again. Through Steve’s skills and highly professional approach, the firm has been able to nurture long term relationships with investors, developers and local business.
Chartered Surveyor Andrew Collinson's background is in rent review, commercial property management and rating in the UK and Australia. As well as dealing with management, rent review lease renewal within our property management portfolio, Andrew is also responsible for our buildings insurance procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and the highest standard of service to clients.
Anne Ellis is a long standing team member, renowned as a sound pair of hands by our property management clients, tenants, service providers and contractors. Anne has successfully managed our property management system over the years and thus has been heavily involved in the recent transition to market leading Qube Property Management.
Joe Lee deals with agency services in offices, shops and industrial. With a degree in Property Development, Joe is training to be a Chartered Surveyor. Joe manages Pine Court Serviced Offices in Gervis Road, Bournemouth, dealing with marketing, new lettings, renewals and a range of management tasks on this very popular, successful scheme.
Kamila Dyksa has been with us since 2015, offering a friendly, professional service to clients and applicants. Kamila has successfully developed and improved the presentation of our valuations and other reports, ensuring high standards and an easy to read format. Kamila has recently returned to our office from following maternity leave.
As well as office accounts and payroll, Karen Strickland deals with client account bank reconciliations, property management VAT returns and service charge accounts. Karen’s impressive diligence, attention to detail and in-depth understanding of professional standards and best practice procedures, guarantees that our RICS regulatory compliance is very well looked after.
Marie Coles is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers with a background in residential block management. Marie is AssocRICS and is training with us to become a Chartered Surveyor, quickly developing her expertise in commercial property. Marie has successfully led the firm’s transition to Qube Property Management.
Mary McLeod has been with us since 2010, providing administrative and reception services, maintaining the website and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Mary’s friendly and welcoming nature has made her popular with new arrivals to the team, as well as clients and business associates of the firm with whom she is in regular contact.
Consultant building surveyor Philip Sealey is highly skilled and experienced in dilapidations, building contract management and building defects diagnosis. When unexpected complications arise, Philip's unflappable nature and lateral thinking always ensure a satisfactory outcome. Philip has also developed considerable expertise in Party Wall Act matters.
