UPDATE FEBRUARY 2022

With the virus abating and restrictions removed, we are seeing even more optimism in an already buoyant commercial property market. We are busy with new marketing instructions, viewings, sales and lettings, whilst also taking on other new work such as rent reviews and property management.

We continue to take sensible precautions during property inspections to minimise risk to ourselves and those we meet.

Like so many organisations, our team has adopted new and effective ways of working; we’ve faced the challenges and become more agile over the last two years. A blend of work from home and the office looks set to continue, although we are keeping this under review to ensure a positive working experience for the whole team, coupled with the best quality service for clients.
