UPDATE DECEMBER 2021

The commercial property market continues to be extremely busy. Property viewings and inspections are taking place subject to all sensible precautions following government requirements and RICS guidance. We are marketing properties and taking on other new instructions such as rent reviews, property management and dilapidations.

In recent months our team has been blending work from home with the office, which has proved very effective. Following the latest government guidance, most of us will return to working from home, with a small number of staff remaining at Heliting House in order to  provide essential and uninterrupted services to clients and tenants in property management and property agency. Whilst our office remains closed to visitors, meetings can be arranged via Zoom.
